Clear pricing for
production-ready systems.
Start with a defined business outcome. Add only the integrations and ongoing support your operation needs. Every build includes the engineering controls appropriate to its risk—security is not an optional upgrade.
One practical path from operational problem to supported system.

Build
Select the business system and only the integrations it requires.
Operate
Choose the monitoring and improvement coverage that fits the operation.
No mystery bundles. No unlimited support promises. No detailed architecture given away during a free sales call. Scope, ownership, third-party costs and human-control boundaries are documented before build.
Grounded AI Blueprint
For organizations that need more than a surface-level estimate. The Blueprint turns a real workflow into a phased, risk-aware build plan.
Know what should be built before paying to build it.
We review the workflow, identify failure points, define requirements, map human approvals and recommend the smallest system capable of producing the intended business outcome.

- Requirements and risk analysis
- Recommended architecture
- Phased scope and investment range

Why are most prices shown as ranges?
Two businesses can request the same outcome but have very different data, systems, integrations, user roles and risk. The public range shows the likely investment; a written scope establishes the final fixed price.
Do we have to start with the Grounded AI Blueprint?
It is recommended when the workflow, integrations or risk are not yet defined. A tightly scoped website or standalone audit may move directly to a proposal after the fit call.
What is included in a production build?
Each scope includes implementation, appropriate access and human-control boundaries, error handling, testing, launch support, documentation, owner handoff and a 30-day workmanship warranty. Exact controls are based on the system's risk.
Are AI, phone, messaging and hosting costs included?
No. Third-party usage and licensing are separate because they vary with volume. Whenever practical, the client owns the vendor accounts and pays those providers directly.
How are projects paid?
Projects under $10,000 are typically 50% to begin and 50% before launch. Larger projects are typically 40% to begin, 30% at build approval and 30% before production handoff. Work begins after the agreement and initial payment are complete.
What happens when requirements change?
New requirements are documented through a written change order with the effect on price and schedule stated before the additional work begins. This protects both the client and the build.
