  • Automated System: Our "Boots" assistant is an Artificial Intelligence, not a human. It generates responses based on available data and may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.

  • No Professional Advice: Information provided by the AI is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • Verification Required: You are responsible for verifying any critical information (such as pricing, appointment times, or service scope) before taking action. Boots AI is not liable for errors made by the AI assistant.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing.

  • Attempt to "jailbreak," manipulate, or extract proprietary instructions from the AI system.

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or widgets.

5. Booking & Appointments

Scheduling: Appointments booked via the AI are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if an error occurs in the automated booking system.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, the "Boots" character, and the underlying technology are the property of Boots On The Ground AI™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our technology without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boots On The Ground AI™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services, including any reliance on information provided by the AI assistant.
